Nexus Arts Team Profile: Lisa Catinari

July 13th, 2017 by idweb | Category: Staff

Lisa is an experienced arts administrator who has been with Nexus Arts since moving back to Adelaide in 2011. Lisa began her career as a classical singer, graduating with a degree in voice from the Elder Conservatorium, studying under Rae Cocking – before moving across the border for postgraduate study at the Victorian College of the Arts in events and production management.

Previously, Lisa has worked as a stage manager, production manager, orchestra manager and administrator in chamber opera, classical music and arts festivals. While working for Cultural Infusion, she developed a love of multicultural music, which drew her to the role at Nexus Arts, where she has expanded her love for visual arts.

Lisa still sings with various choirs including Graduate Singers, and the Choir of Pilgrim Church, where she is also heavily involved in fundraising for their next tour.
