We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual with experience working with culturally diverse people or communities to coordinate a research project, managed by Nexus Arts, with research led by independent company The Research Nexus. The project seeks to identify drivers, barriers and trends that impact the participation of culturally diverse audiences in arts events in South Australia. Working with a small network of intercultural emerging arts leaders, the Project Coordinator will engage with community members via focus groups and other meetings and will work with Nexus management and the lead researchers to support the delivery of the project.
The successful applicant will support the Intercultural Emerging Arts Leaders Network (appointed by Nexus Arts) to liaise with their community-based focus groups and will be responsible for all aspects of project coordination, including engaging with community members and organising focus groups. They will work between the Nexus office in the Adelaide CBD and at other metropolitan locations as required.
