Fruit Tree Sun continues Allison Chhorn’s interdisciplinary practice of filmmaking, gardening and observing the natural cycles of life around the family home and garden. Developed during a three month Nexus Arts studio residency, the exhibition showcases new work shaped by this period of research, reflection and creative growth.
You are invited to join Allison Chhorn for a tea-making workshop, presented in collaboration with multidisciplinary artist Alyssa Powell-Ascura. Together, they will share practices that intertwine art making, ritual and connection to place.
