Presented by Wien Times Music, Wien Times Folk Sessions is an intimate evening of contemporary Chinese folk and global sounds, hosted at the welcoming Nexus Arts Venue.
The session is led by percussionist Yanchao Liu, Music Director and founder of Wien Times Music, together with the Wien Times Music band featuring Bobi on bass and Millie Tang on keyboard.
This special edition also features vocalist Felix Wang, one of this year’s Interplay artists at Nexus Arts, joined by singers Jenny, Christina, and more.
Blending contemporary Chinese folk with influences from world music, the performance moves between gentle storytelling and rhythmic grooves. In an intimate setting under soft lights, 微光民谣夜 invites audiences to slow down and share an evening of music, voices and stories.
